Accept Offer
You contact us by phone or email (see our contact page). Our staff guides you through the process and addresses any questions.
Receive a Closing Package
If you choose to move forward, our staff sends you a packet containing all the documents you’d need to sign.
Execute & notarize documents
Once received, simply sign, notarize, and return the documents. Return the materials in the prepaid envelope. (We cover all closing costs.)
Bank holds documents in escrow
The deal should close in no more than 45 business days. The entire process is at no expense to you.
Title and due diligence
Transaction completion is subject to verification of title. Palmares Energy reserves the right to withdraw the offer on the enclosed letter at any time for any reason.
Deal completes, you get paid
Receive your money by wire transfer or cashier’s check, whatever you prefer.
